FU Dumplings & Noodles 福香慧鲜饺鹿特丹店 is a handmade dumpling restaurant in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, offering authentic Northern Chinese dumplings. Located just a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station and Rotterdam Blaak Station, we are proud to be the first fresh dumpling restaurant in the Netherlands. We serve Chinese handmade dumplings — always fresh, never frozen. Every dumpling is wrapped by hand and cooked to order, following traditional techniques from Northern China. Come enjoy authentic Chinese comfort food in the heart of Rotterdam. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or takeaway.

Our Story

Welcome to FU Dumplings & Noodles (福香慧鲜饺) — home to authentic, hand-crafted Northern Chinese culinary comfort in the Netherlands. Founded in Rotterdam in June 2025 as the Netherlands’ first dedicated fresh dumpling restaurant, we expanded our passion for genuine Chinese comfort food to Amsterdam.

We believe that true Chinese comfort food can only be crafted from scratch—every single day. When you step into our restaurants in Rotterdam or Amsterdam, you can look right through our open-kitchen window and watch our team at work:
